Supporting Young People Impacted by Substance Use or Mental Health Challenges
Interact is here to provide young people with a safe and supportive environment where they can step away from challenges at home and just be themselves. This programme is tailored for those affected by a parent’s or sibling’s substance use or mental health struggles, offering a much-needed space to relax, connect, and grow.
What We Offer:
💬 Compassionate Support – Our team fosters positive relationships, offering guidance and advice to help young people manage challenges in healthy, constructive ways.
🎉 Weekly Sessions – A chance to connect with peers in similar situations, build friendships, and explore interests in a welcoming setting.
🚐 Transport Assistance – Helping ensure young people can attend, no matter where they’re coming from.
👥 Small Group Setting – Limited to 12 participants to ensure individual attention and meaningful connections.

How to Refer a Young Person:
Professionals, including social workers, teachers, or healthcare providers, can refer young people to this programme.
