Positive Vibes

Programme

Positive Vibes is a relaxed, skills-based program for young people aged 13 and up. Designed as a diversionary initiative, it aims to engage those at risk of criminalization or exploitation in a supportive and uplifting way.

Through the programme, participants develop valuable techniques and build meaningful relationships, helping them make confident, positive life choices long after the programme ends.

Built on Vibe’s Relationship Framework

The Positive Vibes Programme offers young people a reliable pathway of support through 1:1 mentoring. It features sessions that focus on:

  • Consequences of Choice

  • Event-Mind-Reaction (EMR)

  • Positive Activities

  • Total Commitment Training (TCT)

  • Relationships Training

Together, these elements provide a holistic approach to empower young people and help them thrive.
