Our Training Style
Immersive, interactive and fun
All of our training is Interactive and Experiential —we focus on actively engaging learners and providing hands-on, real-world learning experiences, which offers a range of significant benefits.
These methods differ from traditional lecture-based training by encouraging participation, critical thinking, and practical application.
Working in this way we put our relational focus to the test, as we put ‘YOU’ at the heart of the training, regardless of the topic.
Our training experiences will always include:
Relevant theory
Engaging activities and experiences

Building Effective Relationships with Young People
(The RF4 Way)
This is a 2-day session covering the theory and implementation of VIBE’s Relationship Framework (RF4)
We at VIBE believe that all quality work with young people is based around the 4 levels of relationships (RF4) and by supporting them across the 4 levels we will build relational competence that will improve the lives of the young people and those around them.
We believe the RF4 is a perfect tool to help explain, define and support the work that our youth workers are carrying out. We help young people to build stronger and better relationships, from the relationship with themselves (the foundation of all relationships) all the way through the levels to the relationship they have with the communities they live in.
The RF4 is not just something we support young people with, we believe the best people to supporting young people’s relationships are staff who are involved in their own development of their relationships.

For education
Vibe know the importance of making sure young people do not feel alone and that help is available to them through their difficulties and barriers they face. Vibe believe that youth wellbeing is best supported when those interfaces such as schools and youth work professionals work together towards a connected common goal.
Vibe’s youth work based within schools, works along the same principles as youth work that takes place in youth spaces, but it supports youth development whilst at school. Youth work at school has been proven to be effective at supporting young people’s wellbeing, providing early intervention, giving them a sense of community, motivation and increasing participation.
Vibe believes that Youth work, alongside the school's curriculum, helps to improve young people’s educational experiences, young people's wellbeing and the achievement of children and young people. Vibe’s programmes continue to support youth work, school leaders and practitioners to work together to achieve better outcomes for the young people we serve.
