The role of youth work project coordinator is fast paced and varied the post holder will be required to work with a caseload of young people, will be responsible for delivery and evaluation of our quality programmes that provide personal and social development opportunities for young people.
The project coordinator will need to liaise effectively with other parties whilst working with open access youth provision, targeted services and partners where appropriate e.g., schools, colleges, YOS. The individual is required to be outcome focused, ensuring that monitoring and assessments demonstrate the outcomes that the young person and their family strive to achieve.

Description: In this role you will work with our Marketing and Communications Manager to help promote our offers and extend our reach, with some work supporting the business unit. You will ensure young people are at the heart of all we do. You will support the Marketing and Communications Manager and Business Unit with daily tasks whilst liaising with Project Leads and Coordinators to understand future sessions and assist in promotion activities (e.g., social media, email and website). You will monitor and engage with young people and the community through social media channels and perform market research on latest trends, collecting quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate and inform future campaigns. You will also help to organise marketing events and answer questions and queries from the public and partners. An Enhanced DBS Check is required for the role. Apply here.
Description: In this role, you will ensure young people are at the heart of all we do. You will deliver face to face and virtual programmes for young people whilst supporting Project Leads and Coordinators to plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate programmes. You will help to identify and deliver on areas of improvement for programmes and ensure programmes deliver against the Vibe mission and Theory of Change, and the needs of young people and funders. You will have a responsibility to ensure that all programmes deliver on all areas of quality and legislative compliance e.g., Health and Safety and Safeguarding. and will help connect young people with relevant organisations. A busy and varied role, working across a variety of youth clubs within Knowsley. As a volunteer, you will be supported by a lead member of staff to assist in the planning and delivery of our programmes and sessions.
Vibe provides a safe place for young people, helping and supporting their progression, enhancing their opportunities, and allowing them to build relationships effectively. We offer regular and ongoing activities which allow young people to spend time with friends, have fun and get support from a trusted adult.
