The role of youth work project coordinator is fast-paced and varied the post holder will be required to work with a caseload of young people, will be responsible for delivery and evaluation of our quality programmes that provide personal and social development opportunities for young people.
The project coordinator will need to liaise effectively with other parties whilst working with open access youth provision, targeted services and partners where appropriate e.g., schools, colleges, YOS. The individual is required to be outcome-focused, ensuring that monitoring and assessments demonstrate the outcomes that the young person and their family strive to achieve.
The project lead will have responsibility for the development, delivery, and monitoring of Vibe programmes and activities for young people. The project lead will be required to attend contract review meetings, working with commissioners and completing the quarterly reports for funders/commissioners, acting as the safeguard lead for ‘team around the family’ meetings often getting involved with complex needs with support from the Senior Project Lead - Targeted.
There is day to day coordination, supervising the teams and rotas, leading staff meetings, communicating and ensuring teams and sessions run effectively as per contract. The project lead would be required to work face to face three evenings.
You will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of Vibe programmes, to support Vibe to evidence and develop the impact our services and programmes have on our young people. We have a Theory of Change (ToC) which helps us to structure and evaluate our impact based on 4 levels of relationships. We are looking to develop a package to support external development of the relational theory and practice based on Vibe’s knowledge and experience. Working with partners on a national level to promote Vibe’s approach.
You will manage, lead, and motivate the data / systems coordinator, drive the impact development within Vibe and externally within the sector.

Vibe is recruiting for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for an opportunity to shine! This is an exciting opening for the right individual to learn and develop in a busy and demanding role. You will be both supported and challenged but the hard work will be worth it - this could be a real steppingstone to great things. Minimum of 25 hours per week for 6 months.
A busy and varied role, working across a variety of youth clubs within Knowsley. As a volunteer, you will be supported by a lead member of staff to assist in the planning and delivery of our programmes and sessions.
